Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team in the energy sector based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing mental health support, counseling, and resources to employees, helping them navigate personal and professional challenges while promoting overall well-being in a high-energy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide individual and group counseling services to employees, addressing a range of issues including stress management, work-life balance, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal conflicts.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with HR and management to promote mental health awareness and create a supportive work environment.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on mental health topics, resilience, and coping strategies tailored to the energy industry.
- Serve as a resource for employees seeking assistance with personal issues, workplace challenges, and family dynamics.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Stay informed about trends and developments in mental health and the energy sector to provide relevant and effective support.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a holistic approach to employee well-being.
- Advocate for employees’ mental health needs and support workplace initiatives aimed at improving mental health resources and policies.
- Provide crisis intervention as needed, ensuring timely and effective support for employees in distress.

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the relevant jurisdiction.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably within a corporate or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of mental health issues, particularly related to workplace stress and employee well-being.
- Experience in providing counseling services and conducting mental health assessments.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Familiarity with cultural considerations and practices relevant to the diverse workforce in Dubai.
