We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Licensing Coordinator to join our team in Al Ain. The Licensing Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of licensing agreements and partnerships for our retail business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research, negotiate, and secure licensing agreements with external partners
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing licensing partners
- Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and monitor contract expiration dates
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper implementation of licensed products and services
- Provide regular reports and updates on licensing activities to management
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitors' licensing strategies
- Assist in developing new licensing opportunities to grow the business

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- [X] years of experience in licensing, retail, or related field
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of licensing laws and regulations
