We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Life Coach Assistant in our pharmaceutical company based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others improve their lives and achieve personal and professional goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Life Coach in conducting individual and group coaching sessions
- Help clients set and achieve personal and professional goals
- Provide support and encouragement to clients as they work towards their goals
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and sessions
- Assist in creating and implementing personalized coaching plans for each client
- Conduct research on various coaching techniques and strategies
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the field of life coaching
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- At least 2-4 years of experience in a coaching or counseling role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and establish trust
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
