We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Life Coach Assistant with a focus on Information Technology in Abu Dhabi. This role will involve supporting our Life Coach in providing guidance and support to individuals in the IT field to help them achieve personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Life Coach in developing and delivering coaching programs tailored to the specific needs of individuals in the IT industry
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling communications
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to enhance the coaching process
- Assist in facilitating workshops and seminars on topics related to personal development and career advancement
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and effective coaching experience for clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- At least 2-4 years of experience in the IT industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of coaching principles and techniques is a plus
