We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Life Coach Assistant in the field of agriculture. This position will be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Life Coach in conducting coaching sessions with farmers and agricultural workers
- Assist in the development and implementation of personalized coaching plans for clients
- Monitor the progress of clients and provide feedback to the Life Coach
- Help clients set and achieve goals related to their personal and professional development in the agricultural industry
- Conduct research on best practices in coaching and agriculture to enhance the coaching program
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and training sessions for clients
- Maintain accurate records of client sessions and progress
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- [Number] years of experience in coaching, counseling, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of the agriculture industry and the challenges faced by farmers and agricultural workers
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
