We are seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Life Enrichment Coordinator in the vibrant city of Dubai within the Energy sector. As a Life Enrichment Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing and implementing programs and activities that enhance the overall well-being and quality of life for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a variety of engaging and enriching programs, events, and activities for employees in the Energy sector
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create a calendar of events that cater to the diverse interests and needs of employees
- Coordinate logistics for events and activities, including venue booking, vendor management, and budgeting
- Evaluate the success of programs through feedback and data analysis, and make adjustments for continuous improvement
- Build relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance the range of offerings available to employees
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
