We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Life Insurance Agent Assistant in our healthcare industry in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in the insurance industry and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Life Insurance Agent in managing client portfolios and providing exceptional customer service
- Assist in preparing and processing insurance applications and claims
- Communicate with clients to provide information on insurance products and policies
- Assist in organizing and maintaining client records and documents
- Support the Life Insurance Agent in meeting sales targets and goals
- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the insurance office

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
