Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Life Insurance Agent Assistant in our Information Technology department based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our team of Life Insurance Agents and assist in managing client accounts and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Life Insurance Agents in preparing and processing client applications, policy changes, and claims
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and policy information
- Communicate with clients to provide policy information, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments
- Coordinate meetings and manage calendars for Life Insurance Agents
- Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings and management
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities to generate leads and attract new clients
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and products to provide the best service to clients
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, filing documents, and organizing paperwork
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the insurance or financial services industry
- Knowledge of life insurance products, policies, and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
