We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Lighting Technician Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will work closely with the Lighting Technician to support the maintenance and operation of lighting systems within our aerospace and defense facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of lighting systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with the Lighting Technician to troubleshoot and resolve any issues with lighting equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests on lighting systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
- Assist in the setup and operation of lighting systems for events, demonstrations, and testing purposes.
- Maintain accurate records of all lighting equipment, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the aerospace and defense industry.
- Knowledge of lighting systems, fixtures, and controls.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
