We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Support Specialist to join our legal team in the pharmaceutical industry based in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support in all aspects of litigation, including managing electronic discovery, coordinating with outside counsel, and assisting in trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of electronic discovery, including collection, processing, review, and production of documents
- Coordinate with outside counsel to ensure timely and efficient handling of litigation matters
- Assist in drafting and filing legal documents, such as complaints, motions, and briefs
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategy
- Maintain and organize case files and documentation
- Assist in trial preparation, including preparing witnesses and exhibits
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal and compliance teams, to ensure alignment on litigation strategy and objectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in litigation support in the pharmaceutical industry or related field
- Proficiency in eDiscovery software and tools
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures and court rules
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
