Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Loan Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Consumer Goods sector based in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in evaluating and processing loan applications while providing exceptional customer service and financial advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Loan Processing: Review and analyze loan applications for accuracy and completeness. Ensure all required documentation is collected and verified according to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

- Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their financial needs and goals. Provide expert advice on various loan products and assist clients in selecting the most suitable options.

- Risk Assessment: Evaluate the creditworthiness of applicants by analyzing their financial status, credit history, and repayment capacity. Prepare comprehensive risk assessments and make recommendations based on findings.

- Loan Approval: Collaborate with underwriting teams to facilitate the approval process. Ensure timely communications between clients and internal teams to expedite loan processing.

- Customer Service: Maintain ongoing relationships with clients throughout the loan process. Address any inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally to ensure a positive client experience.

- Market Analysis: Stay informed of market trends and changes in the consumer goods sector that may impact loan products and client needs. Provide feedback to management on potential improvements to loan offerings.

- Compliance: Ensure all loan transactions comply with local regulations and company policies. Participate in training sessions to remain updated on compliance requirements and industry best practices.

- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on loan application statuses, approvals, and client feedback. Analyze data to identify trends and improve processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in loan processing, credit analysis, or a similar role, preferably within the consumer goods sector.
- Strong understanding of financial products, loan underwriting processes, and risk assessment methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate financial data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements related to lending practices in the UAE.
