We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistician Assistant in the healthcare industry in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination of all logistics activities, including procurement, transportation, and inventory management
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist in the maintenance of accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are adequate for operational needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize supply chain processes and improve efficiency
- Prepare reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings
- Support the Logistician in developing and implementing logistics strategies to meet organizational goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of logistics principles and best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is a plus
