We are seeking a skilled Logistician Assistant to join our construction team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating and managing the logistics and supply chain operations of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities for construction materials and equipment.
- Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials to construction sites.
- Monitor inventory levels and track the movement of materials to prevent shortages or delays.
- Assist in analyzing data and preparing reports on logistics performance.
- Support in managing import/export processes and customs clearance for construction materials.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with logistics service providers.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure efficient logistics operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience in logistics or supply chain management in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of logistics principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
