We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistician Assistant to join our retail team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will assist the Logistician in coordinating and overseeing the logistical operations of our retail store.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating logistics operations, such as inventory management, transportation, and warehousing
- Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Assist in analyzing data and preparing reports on logistics performance
- Assist in resolving any logistical issues that may arise during the transportation or storage of goods
- Support the Logistician in implementing and maintaining efficient logistics processes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
