We are seeking a qualified Logistician to join our Transportation and Logistics team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating and managing the movement of goods, ensuring they reach their destination safely and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Develop and implement logistics plans
- Manage all aspects of transportation, including shipping schedules and routes
- Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations
- Identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Analyze data to optimize logistics operations
- Provide reports on logistics performance
- Train and supervise junior logistics staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- [Random] years of experience in logistics and transportation
- Knowledge of logistics software and systems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
