Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to join our dynamic team in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our logistics operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of medical supplies and equipment. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of supply chain processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and evaluate existing logistics processes, identifying areas for improvement in delivery efficiency, cost reduction, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to develop and implement strategies for inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution of healthcare products.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations, providing regular reports and insights to management.
- Conduct data analysis to forecast demand for medical supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and healthcare providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
- Assist in the planning and execution of logistics projects, including new product launches and service expansions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to healthcare logistics, including safety, quality, and traceability.
- Support the development of logistics budgets and financial forecasts, helping to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Utilize logistics software and tools to streamline operations and improve data accuracy and reporting capabilities.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and best practices within the organization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain analysis, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Excel; experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards related to logistics is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
