Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Logistics Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the transportation and delivery of goods within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The Logistics Assistant will work closely with the logistics team to ensure the efficient flow of products and materials from suppliers to customers.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor the transportation and delivery of goods
- Track shipments and update delivery schedules
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare shipping documents and customs declarations
- Assist in inventory management and stock control
- Handle any issues or delays in transportation and delivery
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations
- Provide administrative support to the logistics team as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
