We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi's healthcare industry. As a Logistics Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient logistics processes to ensure the smooth flow of medical supplies, equipment, and materials throughout our healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current logistics processes and identify areas for improvement
- Design and implement new logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate the procurement, storage, and distribution of medical supplies
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers
- Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measures to prevent shortages or overstock
- Utilize data analysis and forecasting tools to predict supply chain demands and optimize inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards in all logistics activities
- Provide training and support to logistics staff to ensure adherence to best practices and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar role in the healthcare industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards is preferred
