We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Operations Manager to join our Real Estate company based in Dubai. The Logistics Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of logistics operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics operations and reduce costs
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations governing logistics operations
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and negotiate contracts as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of logistics activities
- Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all logistics staff
- Supervise and mentor a team of logistics professionals to ensure high performance and productivity
- Prepare and present reports on logistics operations to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics operations management, preferably in the Real Estate industry
- Strong knowledge of logistics principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
