We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our Real Estate team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all logistical operations within our organization to ensure smooth and efficient transportation and delivery of materials and goods.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, and distribution of materials and goods
- Supervise and coordinate the work of logistics staff, including drivers, warehouse workers, and other team members
- Develop and implement logistics policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company guidelines and local regulations
- Monitor and track transportation and delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and goods
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to negotiate pricing and terms for transportation services and materials
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of logistics operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other logistics-related information
- Prepare reports and presentations on logistics performance and key metrics for senior management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

- Strong knowledge of logistics operations, transportation regulations, and inventory management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, and work in a fast-paced environment
