We are seeking a skilled and experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our team in Sharjah within the Energy industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the logistics department, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of logistics coordinators and warehouse staff
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs
- Coordinate with suppliers, transportation companies, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain high standards of service
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall operations

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

- Strong leadership and communication skills
