Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Loss Prevention Manager to join our Transportation and Logistics team in Dubai. The Loss Prevention Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to prevent and minimize loss within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation and logistics, as well as proven experience in loss prevention and risk management.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement loss prevention policies and procedures to protect company assets
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential areas of risk and loss
- Collaborate with department heads to create action plans for addressing and reducing loss
- Train and educate staff on proper loss prevention techniques and procedures
- Investigate incidents of loss, theft, or fraud and take appropriate action
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and patterns related to loss
- Work with external partners, such as law enforcement and security firms, to enhance loss prevention efforts
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in loss prevention and risk management

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
- [At least 5-8] years of experience in loss prevention or risk management, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to loss prevention
