We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Loss Prevention Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Loss Prevention Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of loss prevention and risk management within the energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement loss prevention strategies and procedures to minimize risk and ensure the safety and security of company assets
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas of vulnerability within the organization
- Monitor and analyze trends in loss prevention and recommend corrective actions as needed
- Implement and manage loss prevention programs, including surveillance, investigations, and security measures
- Train and educate staff on loss prevention policies and procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address security concerns and enhance overall operational efficiency
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in loss prevention, risk management, or a related field
- Strong understanding of security protocols and best practices in the energy industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
