We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Loss Prevention Operations Manager to join our telecommunications company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of loss prevention operations within the organization to minimize financial losses and maintain a safe and secure environment for employees and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement loss prevention strategies and procedures to mitigate risks and prevent theft, fraud, and other security breaches.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of facilities, equipment, and processes to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate incidents of loss or security breaches and develop action plans to address root causes.
- Monitor and analyze data related to inventory shrinkage, fraud incidents, and security threats to identify trends and patterns that require attention.
- Train and educate employees on best practices for loss prevention and security measures to promote a culture of vigilance and compliance.
- Manage relationships with external security vendors and law enforcement agencies to coordinate responses to security incidents and investigations.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on loss prevention performance, key metrics, and recommended actions for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in loss prevention, security management, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications industry operations and security protocols.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful loss prevention programs and initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and proactively identify risks.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
