Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Loss Prevention Operations Manager to join our Transportation and Logistics team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to prevent loss within our operations, including theft, fraud, and other security risks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement loss prevention policies and procedures to protect company assets and reduce financial losses
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of facilities, equipment, and operations to identify potential security vulnerabilities
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and patterns related to loss prevention issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs for employees on loss prevention best practices
- Investigate incidents of theft, fraud, or other security breaches, and work with law enforcement as needed to resolve issues
- Manage a team of loss prevention specialists and security personnel, providing leadership and guidance on best practices
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as security vendors and law enforcement agencies, to enhance security measures
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in loss prevention and security management

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in loss prevention, security management, or related field
- Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics operations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
