We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Lumber Mill Worker to join our team in Sharjah. As a Lumber Mill Worker, you will be responsible for operating machinery, sorting and stacking lumber, and ensuring the quality of the wood products produced.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operating machinery such as saws, planers, and sanders to cut and shape lumber
- Sorting and stacking lumber according to grade and size specifications
- Inspecting lumber for defects and ensuring quality control standards are met
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in the mill
- Assisting with general maintenance and repairs of machinery as needed
- Following all safety procedures and wearing appropriate protective gear while working

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a lumber mill or similar manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of lumber grading and quality control standards
- Ability to operate machinery and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy lumber products
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in forklift operation or other relevant machinery
