We are currently seeking a Machine Operator Assistant to join our manufacturing team in Sharjah. The Machine Operator Assistant will work closely with the Machine Operator to ensure the efficient operation of various machines and equipment in our production facility.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Machine Operator in setting up machines according to production requirements
- Load and unload materials into machines
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure they are running smoothly
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during production
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good communication skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus
