We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Machine Operator Assistant to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will assist the Machine Operator in the operation and maintenance of various pharmaceutical production machines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Machine Operator in setting up, operating, and monitoring pharmaceutical production machines.
- Ensure that all machines are running smoothly and efficiently to meet production targets.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet pharmaceutical industry standards.
- Clean and maintain machines and work areas to ensure a safe and hygienic production environment.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any machine malfunctions or technical issues.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.

Preferred Years of Experience: 2-5 years
