We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our Real Estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of machinery and equipment used in the maintenance and construction of real estate properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, cranes, and other heavy equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor equipment for any malfunctions or abnormalities and report any issues to the supervisor
- Assist in the construction and maintenance of real estate properties as needed
- Work closely with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in the Real Estate industry
- Strong knowledge of operating various types of heavy machinery and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Valid UAE driver's license
