We are seeking an experienced Machine Shop Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our machine shop, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of machine operators and technicians, providing guidance and support as needed
- Schedule and prioritize work orders to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and efficient use of resources
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as needed
- Train new employees on machine operation and safety procedures
- Enforce safety regulations and best practices to prevent accidents and injuries
- Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
Requirements:
