We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Magazine Publisher to join our team in Sharjah, focusing on the Energy sector. The Magazine Publisher will be responsible for overseeing the production and distribution of a leading industry publication, ensuring its success and growth in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the magazine, including content, design, and distribution
- Manage a team of editors, writers, designers, and sales staff to ensure timely and high-quality publication of each issue
- Collaborate with industry experts, advertisers, and stakeholders to ensure relevant and engaging content
- Monitor industry trends and competitor publications to stay ahead of the curve
- Oversee budgeting and financial management for the publication, ensuring profitability and sustainability
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners and advertisers to drive revenue and growth
- Represent the publication at industry events, conferences, and trade shows

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in publishing, preferably in the Energy sector
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successful publication launches and growth
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in publishing
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and publishing software
