We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Magazine Publisher to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in publishing and retail, with a passion for creating engaging and innovative content.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production and distribution of the magazine, ensuring high quality and timely delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to increase readership and drive sales
- Collaborate with editorial team to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience
- Manage relationships with advertisers and sponsors to generate revenue
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform decision-making
- Lead a team of editors, designers, and sales professionals to achieve business goals
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- [3-8] years of experience in publishing, with a focus on magazines
- Strong understanding of the retail industry and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
