We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our fleet of transportation vehicles and equipment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting regular inspections and maintenance on vehicles and equipment
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Performing preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity of equipment
- Responding to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Keeping accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed
- Following all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical certification in automotive or diesel mechanics preferred
- Minimum of 2-8 years of experience in maintenance and repair of transportation vehicles
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
