We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Planner to join our team in Sharjah. The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities for our retail locations to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all retail locations, including routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Coordinate with maintenance technicians, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely completion of work orders and projects.
- Monitor equipment and facility performance to identify potential issues and proactively schedule maintenance activities to prevent downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment histories, and warranties.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and best practices to optimize facility operations and minimize costs.
- Collaborate with department managers to prioritize maintenance tasks and allocate resources effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of retail locations to assess maintenance needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Minimum [random number] years of experience in maintenance planning, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, practices, and technologies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
