We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance programs for our construction projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance programs for construction projects to ensure optimal performance and longevity of assets
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and maintenance staff to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs and develop solutions
- Manage budgets and resources for maintenance programs, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Monitor and track maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services
- Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance staff and ensure proper training is provided as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

- Strong knowledge of construction equipment and systems
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful maintenance programs
