We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician Assistant to join our healthcare facility in Ras Al Khaimah. The Maintenance Technician Assistant will work under the supervision of the Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all facility equipment and systems.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Maintenance Technician in conducting routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and systems
- Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment malfunctions and failures
- Perform minor repairs and adjustments to equipment and systems as needed
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment
- Assist in maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a maintenance role
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
