Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Makeup Consultant Assistant to join our team in Al Ain, specializing in the unique intersection of beauty and agriculture. Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Engagement: Assist in greeting and engaging customers at our beauty counters, providing personalized recommendations based on their needs and preferences.

- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our makeup products, including those derived from natural and organic agricultural sources. Be prepared to educate customers about the benefits and uses of these products.

- Application Techniques: Demonstrate makeup application techniques to customers, including skincare prep, foundation matching, eye makeup application, and more, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, including restocking products and keeping track of sales trends to inform reordering processes.

- Promotional Activities: Support the development and execution of promotional events and marketing campaigns that highlight our unique product offerings in the beauty and agriculture sectors.

- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback on products and services, and communicate this information to the management team to help shape future offerings.

- Collaboration: Work closely with makeup consultants and agricultural specialists to develop new products that align with our brand’s commitment to sustainability and natural ingredients.

- Training Support: Assist in training new staff members on makeup applications, customer service best practices, and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in makeup artistry, beauty consulting, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of makeup products and techniques, with a preference for natural and organic cosmetics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- A keen interest in agriculture, sustainability, and natural beauty products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
