We are seeking a passionate and skilled Makeup Consultant to join our dynamic team in Al Ain. This role is essential in enhancing the aesthetic experience of our clients within the healthcare sector. As a Makeup Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on cosmetic products and techniques to help clients achieve their desired looks while promoting wellness and self-esteem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Consultation: Conduct personalized consultations to understand clients' needs and preferences regarding makeup application, focusing on skincare compatibility and overall health.

- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of various makeup products, including their ingredients, benefits, and suitability for different skin types, particularly in relation to medical conditions.

- Makeup Application: Perform makeup applications for clients, ensuring a flawless finish that enhances their natural beauty while adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.

- Workshops and Demonstrations: Organize and conduct makeup workshops and demonstrations to educate clients on makeup techniques and the importance of skin health.

- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients feel valued and supported throughout their experience.

- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest makeup trends, techniques, and product launches, integrating this knowledge into client consultations and services.

- Sales Support: Assist in promoting and selling cosmetic products, providing recommendations tailored to individual client needs.

- Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals to develop customized makeup solutions for clients undergoing medical treatments, ensuring that their skin health is prioritized.

Qualifications:

- Education: Degree or certification in cosmetology, makeup artistry, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in makeup consultancy or a related role, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting.

- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in various makeup techniques and applications.
- Ability to assess individual client needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Knowledge: Familiarity with skin conditions and how they affect makeup application and product selection.

- Professionalism: High level of professionalism and discretion, with a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
