We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Market Research Analyst to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market research and analysis in the construction industry to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to gather data on competitors, market trends, and customer preferences in the construction industry
- Analyze data and present findings in clear and concise reports to management
- Develop and implement strategies to support business growth and expansion in the construction market
- Monitor and track industry developments, including regulatory changes and new technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing and sales efforts
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in market research

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
