Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Research Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market research within the Information Technology sector and will be responsible for providing strategic insights to drive business decisions and growth. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to communicate complex data in an understandable manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the Information Technology sector.
- Develop and implement research methodologies, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and secondary research to gather data.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for product development, marketing strategies, and sales initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders, including executive management and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with product management, marketing, and sales teams to align research efforts with business objectives and enhance customer understanding.
- Manage relationships with external research vendors and partners to ensure the quality and accuracy of data collection and analysis.
- Lead and mentor a team of research analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Stay updated on the latest market research tools, techniques, and best practices to enhance research capabilities and efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in market research, preferably within the Information Technology sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
- Experience with market research tools and software (e.g., SPSS, Tableau, Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, customer segmentation, and user experience research is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
