We are seeking a qualified and experienced Materials Manager to join our Information Technology team in Dubai. The Materials Manager will be responsible for overseeing the procurement, inventory management, and logistics of materials and supplies for our IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and supplies
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing for materials
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure materials are delivered on time and meet project requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure reliable and quality sources of materials
- Implement inventory control measures to track and manage materials effectively
- Manage logistics and transportation of materials to project sites as needed
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators related to materials management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in materials management, procurement, or supply chain in the Information Technology industry
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
