We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Materials Manager to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. As a Materials Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement, inventory management, and distribution of materials for our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality materials at the most competitive prices
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock rotation to minimize wastage and ensure availability of materials
- Coordinate with project managers and construction teams to forecast material requirements and ensure timely delivery to project sites
- Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing supply of materials
- Analyze market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes
- Supervise a team of procurement and warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of materials
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of material transactions and inventory levels
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on material selection, budgeting, and scheduling

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in materials management, procurement, or supply chain in the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, inventory management, and supply chain logistics
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus
