We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Media Buyer Assistant to join our healthcare marketing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist in planning and executing media buying strategies to promote our healthcare services and products effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting market research to identify target audience and media channels.
- Collaborate with Media Buyers to negotiate and purchase advertising space and time across various media platforms.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns to optimize results.
- Coordinate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and negotiate favorable rates and placements.
- Assist in budget management and ensure campaigns are executed within allocated budgets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for media buying.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- [2-4] years of experience in media buying or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and media buying tools.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
