We are seeking a skilled Media Buyer to join our team in Dubai within the telecommunications industry. The Media Buyer will be responsible for planning, negotiating, and executing media buys across various platforms to promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement media buying strategies to reach target audiences and achieve campaign objectives
- Research and analyze market trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to make informed media buying decisions
- Negotiate with media vendors to secure the best possible rates and placement for advertisements
- Monitor and optimize media buys to ensure they are performing effectively and meeting KPIs
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative assets and messaging that align with media buys
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in media buying to continually improve campaign performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field

- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in media buying tools and platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
