Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Billing Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the medical billing process, including reviewing and submitting claims, posting payments, and following up with insurance companies and patients to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement. This position will also require the ability to communicate effectively with healthcare providers and other team members to resolve billing issues and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and submit medical claims to insurance companies
- Post payments and adjustments to patient accounts
- Follow up on unpaid claims and denied claims
- Resolve billing issues and discrepancies
- Communicate with healthcare providers and patients regarding billing inquiries
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance regulations and billing guidelines
- Provide support to the billing department as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field
