We are currently seeking a skilled Medical Billing Specialist to join our healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical billing and coding, as well as experience working in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:
- Review and process medical claims for accuracy and completeness
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for procedures
- Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim denials and rejections
- Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies electronically or by paper
- Follow up on unpaid claims and aging accounts receivable
- Maintain patient billing records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist patients with billing inquiries and payment options
- Stay up-to-date on changes in healthcare regulations and coding guidelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred

- Proficiency in medical billing software and electronic health records systems
