We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Billing Specialist to join our Information Technology team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical billing and coding, as well as a thorough understanding of healthcare insurance processes.

Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and processing medical billing claims accurately and efficiently
- Communicating with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to resolve billing issues
- Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
- Utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems to track and manage billing information
- Collaborating with other team members to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency
- Staying up-to-date on changes in healthcare billing codes and regulations

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in medical billing and coding
- Proficiency in using medical billing software and EMR systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of healthcare insurance processes and regulations
