We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Billing Specialist to join our team in Dubai, UAE within the Energy sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical billing and coding, as well as a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and insurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and verifying accuracy of patient billing and insurance information
- Submitting claims to insurance companies and government agencies
- Following up on unpaid claims and resubmitting when necessary
- Resolving billing discrepancies and denials
- Communicating with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers regarding billing and payment issues
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations and coding guidelines
- Assisting with financial reporting and analysis related to billing and collections

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in medical billing and coding
- Proficiency in medical billing software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and insurance processes is preferred
