Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input patient demographics and insurance information into billing software
- Prepare and submit insurance claims to various providers

- Process patient payments and set up payment plans as needed
- Handle patient inquiries regarding billing issues

- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate billing practices
