We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Medical Manager will be responsible for overseeing all medical operations within our educational institution, ensuring the highest standards of healthcare are maintained for our students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement medical policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and best practices
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the medical facility, including scheduling, staffing, and equipment maintenance
- Supervise a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and administrative staff
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers and specialists as needed
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of medical services to ensure quality and efficiency
- Provide guidance and support to staff on medical issues and best practices
- Collaborate with other departments to promote health and wellness initiatives within the institution
- Stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and trends to continuously improve services

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Medicine or related field
- Valid medical license to practice in Abu Dhabi
